Yesterday was a big day for PJ. It was his birthday, and he had a great one. He got to choose what to have for breakfast, what we did and where we went. He choose to go to the zoo. We took his friend Braeden with us. But that wasn't the best part of the day for PJ. Nope, the best part was when Daddy took the training wheels off his bike. He has been asking us to do this for a while now. We didn't think anything would happen, but off he went. He didn't even crash. It took him a few tries to figure out how to steer, but he was balancing right off the bat. Once he got on the bike, he was off like an old pro. With Daddy running behind trying to keep up. He rode back up the street to me, where he announced, "I AM AWESOME!!" And he was right. I am so proud. He's not a little boy anymore, so he tells me.
