Is this strange?

It looks like we will be going to Gigi's funeral. At least, Jeremie is. It seems that Gigi had children, and those children have asked if Jeremie will be a pall bearer. I think this is strange. He never met the woman or her children. I am wondering if this is a "not enough hands" kind of thing. I don't know. But Jer has decided that out of respect for his dad he will be there. I will have to see if I can leave day camp for a few hours or get out of it completely if I want to attend. Ahh, this is just one of those moments in life that doesn't make sense and you are forced to go where the wind takes you.
